TecAce Software Launches AI-Driven E-Commerce Operations Automation Project with iKamper USA

“Start with Proven Areas, Then Scale Step by Step” — Three-Month Initial Engagement to Demonstrate Automation Impact
BELLEVUE, Wash. and SEOUL, September 1, 2026 — TecAce Software, Ltd. (“TecAce”), an AI and cloud-based software development company, announced that it has launched “iKamper AX Initial Engagement,” an AI-driven operations automation project, together with premium rooftop tent brand iKamper USA (“iKamper”). The collaboration aims to assess iKamper’s end-to-end e-commerce and order fulfillment processes and automate repetitive tasks, reducing the operational burden that has accumulated during the company’s rapid growth.
Dozens of Automation Opportunities Identified in the On-Site Assessment
Ahead of the kickoff, TecAce carried out an on-site assessment and identified dozens of improvement opportunities across iKamper’s current systems and business processes. iKamper handles order management, inventory, and customer support by integrating multiple systems including Shopify, NetSuite, Celigo, and Intercom, and the assessment found considerable room to refine data flows and processes across those systems.
The “AX” in the project name stands for Automation & AI Transformation. It reflects an approach that goes beyond a simple system review or the adoption of individual tools, applying AI technology to real operational workflows in order to transform the way work itself is done.
A Three-Phase Approach: Validation → Selective Implementation → Stabilization
The project runs in three phases over roughly three months. In the first phase, TecAce diagnoses the data flows and systems of record in the current environment, validates the state of system-to-system integration along with the automation potential of chatbot, order processing, and marketing workflows, and finalizes priorities. In the second phase, a small number of initiatives with high feasibility and expected impact are selected from the validated items and actually implemented, with results before and after implementation compared in numbers. In the final phase, the focus shifts to embedding the implemented items into day-to-day operations and applying a monitoring framework, reinforcing existing gains rather than expanding into new areas.
Throughout the project, TecAce reports progress on a weekly basis and demonstrates completed work each week using real data, so that the client can track progress through working results rather than deliverable documents.
A Principle of Scaling Only as Far as Validated
The core of the project lies in gradually widening the scope from areas where impact has been verified, rather than automating every system at once. TecAce explained that this approach lets the client quickly feel tangible returns relative to the initial investment while minimizing risk to existing operations.
“This collaboration takes the issues identified in iKamper’s actual operating environment as its starting point, and focuses on validating and implementing the highest-impact areas first,” said a TecAce project manager. “Our goal is to show, through this three-month initial engagement, that automation can translate into real business results.”
