INTRODUCTION

TecAce Software, Ltd ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://www.tecace.com website and the AI Supervision Eval Studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data and AI interaction data when you use our Service. 

2. TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED 

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you. 

Personal Data While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"), such as Email address, First name and Last name, and Cookies. 

AI Interaction Data In addition to Personal Data, we collect "AI Interaction Data" when you use the Service, which includes:

  • Inputs and Prompts: The text queries and commands you send to the API. 

  • Outputs: The responses generated by your AI models. 

  • Context Data: Documents or retrieval contexts used for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) evaluation. 

  • Uploaded Files: PDF, DOCX, TXT files uploaded for TestSet Auto Generation. 

  • Metadata: Technical metrics such as token usage counts, response latency, and error logs. 

  • Device Telemetry: (For On-Device Test users) Data collected via Android Broadcast Intents regarding chat application performance on your test device.

3. USE OF DATA 

TecAce Software, Ltd uses the collected data for the following specific purposes: 

  • To provide and maintain the Service; 

  • Evaluation Services: To analyze your Inputs and Outputs using our algorithms to generate performance metrics. 

  • Safety Scanning: To detect and report instances of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) leakage, toxicity, or bias within your AI applications. 

  • TestSet Generation: To process uploaded documents to automatically create Q&A datasets. 

4. DISCLOSURE TO AI SERVICE PROVIDERS

o provide the evaluation functionalities, we transmit your AI Interaction Data to third-party Large Language Model providers (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google). 

  • These providers process your data solely for the purpose of generating the evaluation results (e.g., judging the relevance of an answer). 

  • We configure our integrations to request that these providers do not use your data for training their foundation models ("Opt-out"), but we are subject to their respective data retention policies. 

5. DATA RETENTION 

  • Evaluation History: We retain your evaluation history (prompts, scores, metrics) to allow you to track performance trends over time via the Service dashboard. 

  • Uploaded Documents: Documents uploaded specifically for "TestSet Auto Generation" are processed to extract Q&A pairs and are subsequently deleted from our active processing servers, although derived metadata and the generated test sets are retained in your account until you delete them. 

6. SECURITY AND WARNING ON PII 

The security of your data is important to us. However, please note that you should avoid using real sensitive Personal Data (e.g., real credit card numbers, health info) when testing for PII Leakage. We recommend using synthetic or fake data for testing purposes. 

7. SERVICE PROVIDERS 

We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), provide the Service on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.  

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER 

Your information, including Personal Data and AI Interaction Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction (e.g., transfer to US-based LLM providers).
