What Is the Claude Partner Network TecAce Chose?

CCAF (Claude Certified Architect – Foundations) Certification-Based Registration — June 5, 2026

TecAce Software, LTD. (hereafter TecAce) officially joined Anthropic's official partner program, the Claude Partner Network, as of June 5, 2026. The registration follows TecAce engineers earning CCAF (Claude Certified Architect – Foundations), the first official technical certification issued by Anthropic. Below, we cover TecAce's registration alongside the structure of the CCAF certification, the partner network's tier system, and the certification expansion trends among other partners such as Accenture, DXC, and PwC.

1. What Is the Claude Partner Network?

The Claude Partner Network is an official partner program launched by Anthropic in March 2026, backed by a $100 million (roughly ₩140 billion) investment in partner training, technical support, and joint marketing. It consists of specialized firms that help enterprise customers reliably deploy Claude in real production environments, and more than 40,000 companies have applied to join since launch. According to the latest count (as of July 2026), over 36,000 consultants across more than 1,300 organizations have earned certification, and more than 400,000 people have completed related training through the Anthropic Partner Academy this year alone.

Last June, the Services Track and the Claude Partner Hub were newly introduced to make it easier for customers to navigate the partner ecosystem. The Partner Hub is a directory that publishes each partner's tier status, updated daily, serving as a gateway for customers to find partners suited to their project size.

2. Services Track: A Three-Tier System

The Services Track is divided into three tiers — Select, Preferred, and Global Premier — based on a company's actual delivery track record. Every partner is evaluated against the same criteria regardless of company size, with tier assigned based on three metrics: (1) the number of active certification holders (certified individuals with Claude usage history within the past 90 days), (2) the number of jointly deployed production customers, and (3) the number of published customer case studies.

  • Select — 10+ active certification holders · 2+ jointly deployed customers in the past 12 months · 1+ published case study

  • Preferred — 100+ active certification holders · 15+ jointly deployed customers · 3+ published case studies

  • Global Premier — 1,000+ active certification holders · 100+ jointly deployed customers across 3+ regions · 15+ published case studies + a joint business plan

※ Tier reviews take place regularly on January 1 and July 1 each year (with an additional review on October 1 in 2026), while tier downgrades occur only during the annual review on December 31, and only after a 90-day grace notice.

3. What Is CCAF? Exam Structure and Certification System

CCAF is an official technical certification first unveiled by Anthropic in March 2026, delivered as a proctored exam run on Pearson's identity verification and monitoring infrastructure. Successful candidates receive a digital badge through Credly, a Pearson company. The exam is multiple-choice, drawing 4 out of 6 practical scenario pools (customer support agents, code generation with Claude Code, multi-agent research systems, developer productivity tools, Claude Code in CI/CD, and structured data extraction) at random. Rather than testing knowledge of model parameters, it evaluates real architectural judgment — such as when to use a subagent, whether to retry or fail gracefully, and when to escalate to a human. The evaluation areas and their weights are as follows.

  • Agentic architecture and orchestration — 27%

  • Claude Code configuration and workflows — 20%

  • Prompt engineering and structured outputs — 20%

  • Tool design and MCP integration — 18%

  • Context management and reliability — 15%

CCAF is one of four certification tracks under Anthropic. Alongside Claude Certified Associate: Foundations (for non-technical practitioners) and Claude Certified Developer: Foundations (for engineers building with the Claude API and agents), both introduced in July 2026, as well as Claude Certified Architect: Professional — an advanced credential covering integrated architecture, governance, and evaluation for large enterprises — CCAF (Claude Certified Architect: Foundations) is aimed at solution architects who design and build agentic systems directly. Every certification track begins at the Foundations level and progresses toward the Professional level.

4. TecAce's Registration and Role as a Partner

TecAce officially joined the partner network on the strength of its engineers earning CCAF certification. Hansoo Lee, the executive who leads TecAce's AI business, later appeared on Radio Korea Seattle's 'Northwest Issue Focus' and explained that partner tiers are determined less by registration itself than by the actual number of certified engineers and delivery track record a company holds — an explanation that aligns exactly with the tier criteria of the Services Track described above.

Through its partner network registration, TecAce supports enterprise customers' Claude adoption in the following areas.

  • Enterprise AI transformation (AX) strategy consulting and Claude-based solution architecture design

  • Agentic workflow design and development: workflow automation using Claude Code, Cowork, and MCP connectors

  • Production deployment and operations: stable operational support built on an evaluation and monitoring framework linked to TecAce's own 'AI Supervision' solution

  • Claude training and adoption programs for enterprise employees

TecAce, a global organization based in Bellevue, Washington, and Seoul, positions its bidirectional reach as a key strength — supporting Korean companies' global AI adoption as well as global companies' projects in the Korean market. Since its founding in 2000, TecAce has provided software development and delivery services to roughly 90 global clients over 26 years, including Samsung Electronics, Amazon, Microsoft, and Nike.

5. Certification Expansion Among Other Partners

The Claude Partner Network includes companies of all sizes, from large global consultancies to small specialized boutiques like TecAce. According to figures released in July 2026, Global Premier partners have pledged to certify tens of thousands of staff, while small and boutique consultancies focused on specific industries or technology areas are participating by certifying entire teams. The certification pledges of major partners are as follows.

  • Accenture — 50,000 (across Foundations, technical, and professional tracks)

  • PwC — 30,000 (specialized in regulated industries such as finance and healthcare)

  • DXC Technology — 20,000 (Global Premier tier, operating forward-deployed certified engineering teams)

  • Capgemini — 20,000

  • UST — 20,000 (across architect, engineer, and consultant roles)

  • Deloitte — 15,000 (providing Claude access to 470,000 employees company-wide)

  • KPMG — 15,000 (integrated across an organization of roughly 276,000 people)

  • Cognizant — 10,000 (for developers and engineers, with 350,000 employees using Claude company-wide)

  • Infosys — 10,000 (building industry-specific agents)

  • TCS — 10,000

  • EPAM — 10,000+ (including 250 forward-deployed engineers)

  • Ascendion — 8,000 (targeting full engineering organization coverage by 2027)

  • Globant — 5,000

  • Persistent — 3,000+ (by the end of 2026)

  • Fractal — 2,000

  • TecAce — registered as a boutique partner specializing in bidirectional Korea–U.S. engagement, centered on CCAF-certified engineers

Among these, DXC Technology is one of the few Global Premier partners, having formed a multi-year global alliance with Anthropic and deployed tens of thousands of forward-deployed certified engineers into mission-critical systems at banks, airlines, insurers, manufacturers, and government agencies. DXC also said it used Claude to build its own AI orchestration platform, 'DXC OASIS,' with Claude generating more than 95% of the code and boosting software delivery speed roughly tenfold. This illustrates how small partners specialized in a particular region or industry, like TecAce, compete and collaborate alongside large global systems integrators such as DXC and Accenture — all under the same tier criteria.

6. TecAce's Community Engagement

Since joining the partner network, TecAce has also worked to expand practical AI adoption on the ground. Last month, it held a hands-on AI seminar for Korean-American small business owners together with the Korean Association of Seattle, drawing roughly 60 attendees — well above the expected 30. In a Radio Korea interview, Hansoo Lee advised approaching AI 'not as a magic wand but as a laundry paddle,' recommending that business owners feed in their own data — sales records, menus, customer reviews — and ask specific, repeated questions. He also distinguished chatbots, which are closer to an 'assistant' that answers questions, from agents, which act more like an 'employee' that plans and uses tools to finish tasks on its own. He further recommended setting the scope of AI use by distinguishing tasks where accuracy is critical, such as contracts, tax, and medical matters, from tasks with higher tolerance for error, such as promotional copy.
