  • The Security of PI Filters: Seeing the Personal Information (PI) protection module active is especially crucial in enterprise environments. It allows me to operate AI services confidently without worrying about security leaks.

Our Samsung CES 2026 Docent currently holds an Overall Performance score of 89%. There is a world of difference between saying "It's working well" and reporting that "It successfully handled 77 conversations with 89% accuracy."

  • Real-time Resource Optimization: We can identify spikes in conversation volume to adjust resources or analyze frequently asked questions to update our knowledge base instantly.

  • Scalable Architecture: Today it’s the Samsung CES group, but tomorrow I can create new groups for ‘Product Launches’ or ‘Customer Support,’ scaling agents infinitely.

Because data is visualized and controllable in real-time, I have ironically gained the freedom to step back from micro-management and focus on the bigger picture. AX Pro is more than just a tool; it serves as an ‘Operational Hub’ that boosts the entire team's productivity.
