About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Program Management (TPM) Lead to join our team.  As a TPM Lead, you will play a supporting role in planning, executing, and delivering complex technical projects that align with our organizational goals.  You will act as the bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and business leaders, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining quality, scope, and timelines.  This on-site position is initially offered as a contract role for approximately 6 to 9 months and may be converted sooner.  The contract period will allow both the company and the individual to assess performance, collaboration, and long-term fit.  Subject to satisfactory performance and business needs, this role may be converted to a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilites:

· Program Management: Drive the end-to-end delivery of technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between engineering teams, product teams, and business stakeholders. Facilitate clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.

· Project Planning: Define program scope, create project roadmaps, manage resources, and set milestones to achieve project objectives.

· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and bottlenecks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to ensure smooth execution.

· Technical Expertise: Partner with engineering teams to understand technical challenges, facilitate solutions, and make informed trade-off decisions.

· Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including program plans, status reports, and key decision logs.

· Agile Practices: Champion Agile methodologies, lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring efficient workflows.

· Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

· Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

· 3+ years of experience in technical program management or project management within a technology-focused environment.

· Bachelor Science’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

· Bilingual communication skills in Korean are required.

· Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and system integration processes.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

· Proven ability to manage competing priorities, solve complex problems, and drive projects to successful completion.

· Demonstrated expertise in creating clear, concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Strong skills in verifying features to ensure alignment with business requirements and user expectations.

· Proficiency in interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes.

· Exceptional skills in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.

· Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Familiarity with Agile development processes and proficiency in project tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms.

Compensation:

$56,056 ~ $75,348 and/or DOE (Dependent on Experience)
